Cieli in Tempo Reale

Fine art video installation realised for Caos & Comunicazione exhibition in Catania. In collaboration with Caos and Communication biennale of artists of the Mediterranean of Sarajevo in 2001.

The work wishes to convey the idea of how human perception of time is relative to his own point of view and often disconnected from natural phenomena that are played at a different rate.

The video of a cloudy sky is here speed up so its movement is perceptible to the human eye. On the contrary, the video of frantic ants is slowed down to be perceptible by the human eye.
